Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amelia Developer (Voice & Chat) with strong expertise in Conversational AI, Voicebot development, and NLP technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and integrating Amelia (formerly IPsoft) conversational solutions with enterprise systems and contact center platforms.

This role involves designing and deploying AI-driven voice and chat automation solutions for customer service and internal IT operations.


Required Skills & Experience Conversational AI & Amelia Platform
  • Hands-on experience with Amelia (formerly IPsoft) conversational AI platform.

  • Experience developing voice and chat bots for enterprise applications.

Voicebot Development
  • Expertise in Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.

  • Ability to design natural, human-like voice conversation flows.

NLP & Machine Learning
  • Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).

  • Experience with intent recognition and entity extraction.

Integrations
  • Experience integrating Amelia with enterprise platforms such as:

    • AWS Connect

    • ServiceNow

    • Jira

    • Rally

  • Experience integrating bots with backend APIs and web services (REST, SOAP, XML).

  • Familiarity with Webhooks, SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory Services (ADS).

Technical Skills
  • Python (4+ years preferred)

  • JavaScript / React.js

  • JSON

  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms and ServiceDesk automation.

Contact Center Technologies
  • Experience with CTI platforms such as Cisco or Genesys (Inbound Voice).


Preferred Skills
  • Experience implementing AI-driven automation for IT operations or customer support environments.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures.

  • Strong understanding of contact center and conversational AI ecosystems.
