Responsibilities

·         CDP Operations:

·         Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CDP, including data ingestion, processing, and activation.

·         Monitor system performance and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to data quality, integration, and system errors.

·         Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.

·         Data Integration and Management:

·         Integrate data from various sources (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, website analytics) into the CDP.

·         Transform and clean data to ensure data quality and consistency.

·         Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to automate data processing tasks.

·         Google Cloud Platform Expertise:

·         Leverage GCP services (e.g., Dataflow, BigQuery, Cloud Storage) to optimize CDP performance and scalability.

·         Implement data security and privacy measures in accordance with GCP best practices.

·         Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization to minimize costs.

·         Lytics CDP:

·         Configure and customize Lytics CDP to meet specific business requirements.

·         Build and maintain data models and segments for targeted marketing campaigns.

·         Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies.

·         Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Lytics CDP.

 

Skills and qualifications

·         Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Dataflow, BigQuery, Cloud Storage

·         In-depth knowledge of Lytics CDP and its capabilities.

·         Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

·         Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

·         Experience with data quality management and data governance.

·         Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·         Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
