Mandatory Participation Requirements:
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should have demonstrated expertise across the full performance engineering lifecycle, including planning, design, development, execution, and reporting. The selected resource will undergo a structured onboarding program, which includes a two-week training and knowledge transfer period covering CLIENTS processes, tools, and standards. During this time, the individual will collaborate closely and shadow an existing Performance Engineer. The expectation is that the resource will become fully independent and self-sufficient post-onboarding with open communications. Minimum of 5+ of REST APIs, JSON payload structures, authentication, and use of tools such as Postman. |

Minimum 3+ years of Azure components like App Service, APIM, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, autoscaling, and networking fundamentals. |

Minimum 3+ years Ability to prepare and manage test data, identify environment gaps, and work through technical dependencies. |
