Job Description
The Salesforce Architect is responsible for the overall health, scalability, and design of our Salesforce environment. You will translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring that our systems are built for long-term growth and follow the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
Key Responsibilities
· Solution Design: Create scalable technical designs for Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds that minimize technical debt.
· AI & Innovation: Lead the implementation of Agentforce (AI agents) to automate business workflows and improve customer interactions.
· Data Strategy: Oversee Data Cloud configurations to ensure a "Single Source of Truth" across the organization.
· Governance: Establish best practices for coding (Apex/LWC) and declarative automation (Flows).
· Integrations: Design secure API-led integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Marketing, etc.).
· Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, explaining complex technical trade-offs in simple terms.
