IT Functional Team Lead
The Consultant Will Lead a team of SAP Functional Analysts providing global IS solutions for operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
An Ideal Candidate Would be someone who has production, planning or QM experience with Purchasing and some management experience.
1.Line Management (resource assignment, workload monitoring, skill development and appraisals, holiday approval, team motivation, guarantee team SLAs, ensure that IS standards are followed)
2 Project Lead (estimate and plan, manage small to medium project implementations following standards defined by the PMO, manage internal and external resources, coordinate communication with other teams)
3.This position has supervisory responsibility for a team of Analysts
4.Support Manager in building team strategy
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education:Degree level or industry experience equivalency Courses related to area of responsibility Project and Team Management courses
Experience:Requires 10+ years experience in delivering solutions within the area of responsibility such as planning, procurement, & production, including two to four years experience in leading international IS teams and projects
Essential and Critical Skills: Good understanding of business processes in area of responsibility
Critical: Good oral and written communication skills in English' Critical: Ability to view the systems as a whole
Critical: Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time (planning and scheduling)
Critical: Well organized and structured
Ability to understand / manage people in a multi country multi cultural environment and in some cases remotely
Basic understanding of PCs operating in a LAN/WAN environment
Should be a Quick learner with analytical mind
Travel MayBe Needed According to requirements
