An HoDs meeting is scheduled on Saturday, 6th August 16, at 11;45 am in my Office, to review the following:

1. Portion covered till to-date in each subject and Lab.  of 3,5, & 7 semester.

2. Absentees List of students (< 50%).

3. Industrial visits planned and performed for 3/5/7 semester.

4. Extra- or co-curricular activities planned for 3/5/7 semester.

4. Any other, with permission.

All HoDs are required to come well prepared with the above information and plans.

No HoD will remain absent on the day.
