Do as Directed : Immediate Actions

Dear All,

We know that from the next week new students will visit our college as per the New admission process.

So As per the direction of Dr. A.k Patel Sir, Do the following:

1) Compulsory come with ID Card.

2) Must come college Regularly. Strict action will be taken against defaulter.

3) Labs and Lecture rooms should be clean.

4) Record all your new requirements or any maintenance needed(Technical or nontechnical e.g. AC is not working, Water leakage from ceiling etc.....You can include smallest things also) in Labs and lecture   rooms.    Submit it to Prof. Sandip Chauhan sir, will further submit it to CEO on Monday.

5) Give the Proper answers to the parents and students.

6) Plan about Functions, industrial visits( can consider out states industrial visit also), seminars, projects(Faculties can also do good projects by department wise), conference, paper publish and other extra activities for current academic semester.

7) Result of your concern subject must be excellent. Management will not allow any compromise in results.

8) You can also give the suggestion about overall improvement to HOD sir.
