Greetings from International Experience Program (IEP), GTU!!!

With reference to above mentioned subject, we are very happy to inform that following students from your institute have participated in International Experience Program-2016 and right now studying in foreign university. The final list of all the students is already updated on website. http://international.gtu.ac.in

The student appears in the midterm and final exam for the courses (Reference Table: 1) at respective foreign University. Once student successfully study the course and finish all the required assessment at respective foreign University, he/she will be back to his/her Parent College and finish their remaining subjects of the final year.

 

Upon successfully passing the exams at respective foreign University, a student will be given credit for the course at GTU. A student, who passes the examinations for both the courses successfully at respective foreign University, will be able to take two less subjects during the final year and will not have to retake these courses when he/she resumes his/her study back at his/her parent college.

 

Please Note: In case of failing the internal exam, student will have to appear in the same at his/her college after coming from IEP. If student fail theory exam, he/she will be considered fail in GTU end semester exam of the subject he/she failed. Student will have to appear in remedial exam of the subject which he/she failed in IEP after preparing by himself.

 

In addition to this, at the end of the program the university will submit the Attendance & Mid-term marks for the students and it is the responsibility of the institute to enter these marks in online portal as per university schedule so there will not be any discrepancy in the result of the student.
