Z39.50 Cataloging diacritics/special characters

Description: Following an install on Sunday, March 19, some Z39.50 Cataloging users are experiencing display issues when searching WorldCat from their Z39.50 client. This impacts libraries with Z39.50 set to MARC-8 for character set negotiation; it does not impact libraries with the UTF-8 setting. OCLC is working to resolve this problem, and we will keep you updated.
