Skills:

·         Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity,at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team

·         Facilitate scrum events and ceremonies while at the same time coach the team to understand the value and purpose of these events, optimize them for project and teamneeds and value creation

·         Guide the squad on self-organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks

·         Ensure the three pillars of scrum necessary for the empirical process approach are enacted: Transparency, Inspection, Adaptation
