Connect to OMD with check_mk

On server 1 I have OMD monitoring tools then on server 2 I have stackstorm, how do I integrate and connect 2 tools on different server ?

FYI, I use Ubuntu server 16.04 for the stackstorm tools and CentOS 7.0 server minimal for the OMD Monitoring.

The point is , I want OMD can send a monitoring log to my stackstorm for my deployment, if you have some reference i’d like to read it too?
