Populations problem

Hi all, 

I am still attempting to run populations however, it seems that the it keeps getting stuck on an endless loop without any movement. 

stacks populations -P ${samples} -M ${pop} -O ${out} -t 32 -p 2 -r .8 -R .7 --min-maf 0.05 --structure --genepop --write-single-snp --radpainter --smooth 

Checking the .out file shows the same contig as "Now processing...". This goes on for a few days. There is also no new information being written to "populations.log.distribs"

When blacklisting the contigs stuck on the processing loop, the program will get stuck in the next following contigs. 

Any advice on what could be causing this issue would be appreciate it.
