process_radtags missing enzyme

Hi everyone,

I want to use process_radtags for my ddRAD raw reads, but my second restriction enzyme is "mboI" which is not included in the process_radtags enzyme list. How can I fix it?

Hi Flavio,

While mboI is not in the list, you could probably use dpnII (or sau3AI) for your filter. They are isoschizomers, meaning the cut the same sequence (|GATC).
