Hi,
I want to use process_radtags for my SLAF-Seq raw reads, but my second restriction enzyme is "Hpy166II" which is not included in the process_radtags enzyme list. Would you be able to add it?

Hi,
The enzyme check in process_radtags just verifies that the expected cut site overhang is present in the data. Since the Hpy166II only leaves a three nucleotide overhang on the paired-end read, and the third nucleotide is non-specific, not much is gained by checking that it is present. So, you can just omit the second enzyme when you run the program and it will proceed without checking for it and everything should work fine otherwise.
