Hi Julien and everyone,

I am a bit confused with the phred score setting. The default is 10, so I understand that reads that have <90% probability of being correct are discarded. So if I set the phred score=20, reads that have <80% of being correct will be discarded, so in this case I am a bit confused if I am being more or less restrictive. I think I am being less restrictive, but I am not so sure.
