Dear all,

Registration is still open for our upcoming online course RAD-Seq Data Analysis (27–31 October).

This 5-day training will guide participants through the complete workflow of reduced representation genome sequencing (RAD-seq, ddRAD, 2bRAD, GBS), with a strong focus on data analysis using Stacks. Through a mix of lectures and hands-on sessions, you will learn how to:

  • Assess and preprocess high-throughput sequencing data

  • Assemble loci (de novo and reference-based)

  • Select informative markers

  • Apply RAD-seq data to population genetics, phylogenetics, and association studies

Format: Daily online sessions, 1–7 pm (Berlin time)

This course is ideal for researchers working with non-model organisms who want to master RAD-seq data analysis.

Best regards,
Carlo
