The use of [device uniqueIdentifier] is deprecated since iOS 5

I downloaded the SDK and in the StackMobStarterProject the I get the warning that the use of [device uniqueIdentifier] is deprecated. Will this give trouble if I try to use the stack mob to in an application that I actually want to send to the appstore?

We have had several customers submit to the app store with our SDK
without issue. However, we do plan to remove the use of [device
uniqueIdentifier] from the iOS SDK in the near term.
