Since I have looked at the issues list on the github account and the
only issue is the one I recently reported regarding uploading binary
files... can one assume there are no more known issues with the IOS
SDK and it is ready for production level, quality applications?

Hi Aaron,
Yes, our iOS SDK is production level, and has already powered a top 20
app in the itunes store making over 3 million API calls per day.
StackMob is built handle the scale required for the highest quality
apps. Looking forward to seeing what you build on StackMob!

Then can I ask why is it still in beta?

I am asking because I am close to releasing an Appcelerator Module for
StackMob and I want to be able to provide the appropriate responses to
people who purchase the module and ask questions about access to
accounts

While the platform is production ready today, and has been for some time, we are working on some additional features that we will be releasing, prior to going into open beta.
