haddock # anchors css style - nightly-2016-06-21

Not sure if this is the right place to report this, but for the haddocks generated for the recent nightly- resolvers

the # anchors are not right justified.

Note where the hash marks  (#) are located.

Perhaps something like the following CSS rules should be added:
