Dear all 

 

For the opening ceremony please note the followings

 

1) Please ask every one of the congregation to be there before or by 3 pm.

2) Please send us the name and phone number of the 10 people who will help from the morning with crowed control.

3) Please spread the excitement of the day as this meant to be a gathering for all the dioceses.

4) Please try to book buses as the traffic might be very busy due to other events on the day.

5) Also note parking is $20 flat rate.

6) All applicants from all churches to be wearing the same colour to emphasis the unity in spirit White top & black pants.

7) Please make sure if any of your children suffers from epilepsy let them not go into the parade since different colour of lighting could activate it.
