Dear Parishioners,

It is with great sorrow that we write to inform you of the falling asleep of Angelina Kritis.

Viewing & Service:  Thursday September 5, 2024, viewing 10AM to 11AM followed by the Funeral Service at 11AM all at St. Nicholas Greek orthodox Cathedral  1607 West Union Blvd. Bethlehem, PA  18018. Burial in Cedar Hill memorial Park Cemetery in Allentown.  Funeral arrangements by the Herron Funeral Home in Bethlehem. 

May her memory be eternal.

Angelina “Angel”  Kritis, 89 of Fogelsville passed away  at home on August 31, 2024.

Angel  was born in New York City, NY on May 20, 1935 daughter of the late George and Mary (Neos) Kritis.

She was raised in Allentown and a graduate of Allentown High School.

She was a department billing manager for Royal Manufacturing in Allentown retiring after many years.

Angel was a member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Bethlehem.  She had an angelic  alto voice and sang in the church choir and Pan-Orthodox choir for many years.

Survivors:  Devoted God-daughter Elaine Nicholas Gatanis Heffner wife of Scott, extended family Nicholas and Carol Gatanis, their children Stella Gatanis and her children, George and Doreen Gatanis , Anna and Dan Mohry and their children, niece Kara Kritis, nephew Timothy Kritis, great-nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by  her sister Anna Kritis, brothers Anthony and James Kritis and a niece Christine Kritis.
