our classmate Ian D'Souza's dad Col .B.A.D'Souza passed away

Col.Bernard (Bunny) D'Souza,

Father of Piya / Edward, Brian (Batch of 1980), Ian(Batch of 1981) / Nazneen;

brother to Diana, late Rudi, late Raymond (Fr.Bernard), Cissy, Valerian (Bishop of Pune) &  Lorna, passed away on Sun, 29th November 2015 morning.

(He would have celebrated his 80^th birthday in December 2015 !)

 

Funeral service would be held at City Church next weekend (5th or 6th Dec) in the afternoon (about 4 pm) after the arrival of his two children who live abroad. (Details will be announced)

 

Col."Bunny" , passed out from St.Vincent's High School in 1952.

He was one among the pioneering Team when the Vincentian Old Boy's Association was formed in 1991/92 ( Alongwith Lt.Gen Cheema, Dr.Ravi Gulati, Mr.Anthony Castellino, Mr.Kant Dabholkar, Mr.Firoz Poonawalla, Mr Salvador D'Souza, Mr.S Moodliar, Mr.Somnath Hegde, Capt.Orlando Mascarenhas, Dr Nitin Shah, Fr.Kenneth Mascarenhas . . .)  He was also President of the Association for a term.

 

Our Vincentian family extend their condolences to all Col."Bunny's" family members.
