Dear VOBA members,

This is a reminder for you to come to the VOBA  A.G.M on Sat, 18.03.17.

The voting for the 4 vacancies in the Executive Committee starts @ 5.30pm.

VOBA members coming to cast their votes,should preferably carry their VOBA ID Cards with them.

Five Candidates are standing for election to the Four vacancies in the EC. . . 

Jason Martyres         - Pass-Out year 2010 - in block 2006-2010  (first time seeking to be elected)

Murtuza Poonawalla  - Pass-Out year 1994 - in block 1991-2000  (just retired, seeking re-election. Treasurer for three years)

Bobby Jacob           - Pass-Out year 1975 - in block 1971-1980  (just retired, seeking re-election. President for many years)

Vikram Kering           - Pass-Out year 1977 - in block 1971-1980  (just retired, seeking re-election, Vice President for many years)

Richard Fernandes    - Pass-Out year 1979 - in block 1971-1980  (served on EC before, seeking election this time)

Polling will commence at 5.30 pm.

Take your ballot paper  –  one per member.  

This will be issued after verification/confirmation of your membership.   

Please sign receipt for the ballot paper given to you.

 

On the ballot paper, rank the candidates in order of your preference (from 1 to 5)

Every preference is important. Thererefore give ranks for each & every candidate.   

In case you do not want to exercise a preference for someone, you must mark a cross “X” against that  persons’  name.

Choose your candidate with due diligence !!

Do note that the ballot paper will be invalidated if : -

# no  preference  is indicated for any candidate                                                                     

# preferences are  duplicated                                                                                            

# there is  overwriting or cancellation which cannot be verified

                            

Please drop ballot paper into the ballot box and proceed into the Gulati Hall for the meeting.

Do mark the day & time and make it to the A.G.M.
