Dear friends,

On Sunday Linda and I held a meeting at 9:15 am to review some of the processes of transition.

The transition team was introduced.

The announcement was made that supply priests have been placed for most of January, following Fr.Bob's leave-taking service and all of February.

It was also announced that Cannon Jacobs was going to be contacted following Linda's and my meeting with the Wardens from Good Shepherd.

Good Shepherd is also going through the "search" process and Bishop Mark as well as Cannon Jacobs had suggested we meet with those wardens.

The interim priest will follow our supply period of time. During the transitional time with supply St Thomas needs to have put together a financial data sheet before calling an interim.

This year, even more than other years, our "Pledge forms" will be important to set a budget.  This budget will reveal just which type (time wise) a priest St Thomas can call, this also impacts the interim priest.
