Glory to God!

Dear Members,

1) There will be a one day retreat held on Saturday, September 1st led by His Eminence Zacharias Mor Philaxenos. The retreat is scheduled from 9 AM - 5 PM followed by evening prayer. All members are encouraged to attend and invite friends and family to this blessed event. See attached flyer for additional details. 

2) In accordance to the 8 day lent, we will be having Holy Qurbono at our Cathedral daily except Friday, September 7th (There will be only be evening prayer and it will start at 6:30 pm). See attached flyer for additional details. 

3) We are still in need for sponsors for the upcoming 8-day Lent Perunnal. The sign-up sheet is placed in the lobby and the parsonage. Please sign up as soon as possible. 

4) After the Holy Qurbana this Sunday, there will be a St Mary's Women's League and St. Paul's Prayer Fellowship joint meeting inside the church. Kindly requesting all members to attend.

5) This Sunday, we will be presenting Mr. Tom Thomas and Family with a recognition plaque for their several years of dedication and service to our cathedral. Mr. Tom Thomas and Family are relocating to Florida at the end of the month and we wish them good luck!

6) As part of our church efforts to help Kerala's flood disaster, we have decided to raise $10,000. All members are requested to contribute a minimum of $100. All working youth are encouraged to participate in this joint effort! Please bring in your donations by this Sunday, so that we can send out the funds as soon as possible.
