to St Pauls CHH Grants
Hi all,
Linda took the lead with the verbiage on this grant. Gordon, Linda
and I worked to review/revise the application. I solicited a few
community references. Gordon had Chris send us all the church budget
while Gordon and I updated the CHH budget.
Actually submitting this application is on hold until we know for
certain our funding objective. Initially, Sally contacted Audra Apt
with a desire to fund staff salary. That funding has been donated,
per Sally (and isn't being utilized at the moment anyway). Then we
decided to put it towards general operating expenses...my question is
can we just go ahead and change objectives despite Sally's initial
plea? Does this money go towards Town of Cary expenses? Maybe Bill
can give us a better idea of how the Vestry meeting went. Any
comments about this would be great appreciated. If you all feel we
should go ahead and submit, let me know. I just want to be sure we
are accurate with this one because Larry Cupitt has to sign off on it
and not only is CHH responsible, the church's name will be on this as
well since it's the Diocese. They may follow up and I want to be
thorough. Thoughts? Anyone?
