For the ST-ON session in May, we'll welcome Doug Austrom (from Indianapolis, IN) and Carolyn Ordowich (from Princeton, NJ), longtime enthusiasts of the SocioTechnical Systems Roundtable.

As ex-patriate Canadians, we'll learn about some of their experiences on research and consulting on whole systems design both south and north of the border.
  • We might expect some entertaining stories about Eric Trist, as Doug graduated with his Ph.D. at York University in 1982!
There's a recently published article on Calvin Pava, and "Digital Coal Mines" worth checking out.
Please register at https://humanistic-social-systems.eventbrite.ca for a link to the web conference.  (Thanks to Dan Eng, for again enabling us to meet virtually over Zoom!)
