Softball Meatball Lunch Fundraiser!

Hey Team!
Spring is a busy time for everyone- the only good date for our
fundraiser is March 27th which is 2 Sunday's away! Thanks to Aaron
Sampson for the good idea for a Meatball sub sandwich lunch! Please
mark this date on your calendars, we need everyone to commit to
helping with this event. A few of the ladies will be buying the food
from Sam's Club or GFS- We are hoping this event is much less prep
work than the Spud-tacular event from the fall.

1. We do not need food donations for the meal, we will have all
hoagies, meatballs, sauce cheese etc.
2. Please bring a pie, cup cakes, plates of cookies, or large
individually wrapped cookies or brownies. (Bake sale begins after the
8:30 service, so have your baked goods at the table by 9:30am please!
(If everyone could bring something, that would be great!)
3. We really need everyone's participation in this event.
3-4 people helping with the bake sale
7-10 people helping set up the food and serve from 11:30 -12:30pm
7-10 people in charge of clean up (between 1 and 1:30/2pm).

Please send me an email if you are UNABLE to help. If you have a
preference, let me know asap, if not, I will send out a spreadsheet
with assigned jobs and approximate times that you will be needed.
This event will purchase our t-shirts and finish paying for our league
fees (Speaking of fees, if you haven't paid your fee of $20, see me on
Sunday). Our goal is for softball to be completely free for everyone
next year!! Spread the word about the event!! We want to serve
150-200people (no fee to enter, donations accepted)!

Also, if you have a softball t-shirt, please wear it to church on the
27th!
