Hey Team!
One more week of practice before we have our first game! Looks like
it will be cool this Saturday (only 50 degrees!). Let's meet at
2:00pm Saturday at the same spot in Jacobson Park. (Steve Sudduth, if
we can practice at Christ Church, let us know!)
The t-shirt order has been placed and everyone will have a new shirt
for this season! If you played last season, the shirt is the same so
you have two now.
Don't forget about the fundraiser this Sunday from
11:30am-1:30/2:00pm in the Fellowship hall. Also, the bake sale will
going on after each service in the new foyer area so be sure to bring
your baked item and encourage people to buy baked goods to support our
team! Erin and I have purchased all the items for the Meatball sub's
and we are ready for the lunch!! The "Going Forth" meeting will be
immediately following our fundraiser lunch so we will definitely need
to be cleaned up and out by 2:00pm.
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to stay for the Going Forth event
to gather information on ways to be involved in outreach programs
through St.Luke.
