Fundraiser positions

Team- Thank you for your efforts in this fundraiser, we are hoping
to
cut down costs as much as possible for next year and we'd like to
have
a big end of the season softball cookout for all the team members and
their families! Please let me know if you will be unable to fill
your position so that I can move people around if needed. I'm sorry
in advance if I misspelled names or if you were left off the list!
If
you notice that I have left someone off the list, please let me know.

Bake Sale: Please donate an item for our bake sale, new foyer area.
(Between each service)
Jamie and John will be setting up the bake sale at 8:30am. Jamie
will
be at the bake sale all morning until 12:30pm, but feel free to stop
by and hang out at our table before or after service to show support
and talk to people who may be interested in signing up to play!
Food Prep/Serving Team: Meet at 11:30 in Kitchen, Finished around
1:00pm
Meet in the kitchen to help set up the serving line, warm up
meatballs
and arrange tables. A donation basket will be set up at the door.
After people start coming in, the serving team will be responsible
for
keeping food and drinks stocked.

Clean up Crew: Meet in Kitchen at 1:00pm, finished around 2
Clean up should be quick and easy: make sure the tables are wiped
down and put back in their original order. Pack up leftover food and
wash any containers we use that belong to the church.

**Remember, these assignments are only a request to make sure that
each part of this fundraiser is taken care of and I did my best to
take into consideration those with children and personal requests.
If
you are willing to help serve AND clean, please stay and help! Just
ask the leader what you can do- we definitely need extra people to
talk to the diners and let them know how very appreciative we are for
their donations! Our last fundraiser was a great success- let’s make
this one even better!
