Happy Labor Day to All….

A couple of event RSVP deadlines coming up this week:

Wednesday, the 5th is the RSVP deadline for our September 6th Tischzeit Thursday evening of casual dining with your Porsche friends. This month we will be gathering at Rosalita's Cantina on Manchester in Des Peres at the southwest corner of the intersection of Manchester and I-270. As always we will be gathering at 6:30 pm for a laid back evening for food, beverages and great Porsche stories among our friends of the Stuttgart marque. RSVP by Wednesday evening to pwingbe...@stl.pca.org

And Thursday evening the 6th is the RSVP deadline for this coming Saturday's tour to St. James and Metalin' guitars. We'll be meeting at the BP Station in Wildwood (17151 Cambury Lane - just off Hwy 109) at 8:30 am for the run to St. James for lunch at Sybill's in St. James ( fantastic dining experience). After lunch, we'll be running over to Ken Wolfert's machine shop where he and his staff machine and assemble incredible guitars from blocks of aluminum. Some of the best rock guitarists swear by the sound quality of those boutique guitars from St. James. Please RSVP to er...@stl.pca.org  by Thursday evening to let Elaine know you will be joining the tour to Missouri's heartland.

And, we still have room for cars in our September 16th Porsche Car Show in Clayton.  We announced last week that Rob Sass, Editor of Panorama, will be our guest speaker at the Cocktail Party at Porsche St. Louis on September 15th. Tickets are still available (free if you register your car). Registration form is attached. Email me back if you need more info.

Have fun and drive safely.
