Important information regarding the Safe Environment Program at St. Joseph's from Mike Watson the programs coordinator.

Dear Parishioners and Friends, 

I hope this message finds you all well. Over the next several weeks we will be working to update all Safe Environment Program paperwork held here at the parish and on file at the Diocese of Worcester. This includes Code of Ministerial Conduct acknowledgement forms and CORI request forms.

All clergy, religious, parish staff, ministry members and volunteers must have a signed Code of Ministerial Conduct acknowledgement form on file and complete Safe Environment Program training. In addition, they must submit a CORI request form with a copy of a government issued photographic identification. 

If you fall under any of these categories and have not filed these forms or attended training please contact me as soon as possible. I can be reached by email at mwat...@yahoo.com. If you have forms to turn in please place them in my mailbox in the parish office.
