Here’s your chance, registration for a new set of fall classes opens on Thursday, October 9 at 9:30am.  View all fall activities here.  Register online, over the phone through the Customer Service Center (503-823-2525), or by calling or visiting a recreation or arts center.   Register Now! Project Connect Visit the Project Connect webpage to learn more about how PP&R provides different ways to bring the community and services together.   Access Discount Program  The Access Discount program provides a discount on activity fees of up to 90%. The discount is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. No proof of income is required. City of Portland residents may choose the discount that works for them.
