Fall Registration Is Tomorrow  Registration begins Thursday, September 11 at 9:30am Registration Activity Guide | Register Now | Community Centers | Find a Park Register For a Class or Activity Register online, over the phone through the Customer Service Center (503-823-2525), or by calling or visiting a recreation or arts center. Fall programs are open for registration on the following dates: Thursday, September 11 beginning at 9:30am. Register for classes and programs that take place September 29 to November 2. Thursday, October 9 beginning at 9:30am. Register for classes, programs, and Winter Break Camps that take place November 3 to January 4.  Get Registered! Need Help Getting Registered?  Project Connect Visit the Project Connect webpage to learn more about how PP&R provides different ways to bring the community and services together.   Access Discount Program  The Access Discount program provides a discount on fees of up to 90%. The discount is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. No proof of income is required. City of Portland residents may choose the discount that works for them. If cost is a barrier to participating, consider signing up for an Access Discount.  The Recreation Activity Guide Is Now Online It's never been easier or more accessible to find, share, and sign up for PP&R activities.
