into the United States as they conspire to commit murder.

The Clan from Clavet will be turning into a Vancouver Police
Department informant in late January / early February 1998. The
international trip was the first time the informant (Clan from Clavet)
broke international barriers while conspiring to murder "The Hit"
before the Vancouver Police Department got their information in the
home invasion.

Victoria & Venebles: Rescue The Rocky Ridge Ranch

In Saskatoon during the Winter of 1980, Harvey's Run continued to
Watrous with "The Hit's" mother. They spent the winter and summer in
Watrous. Leo finished his Heavy Duty Mechanics course at Kelsey in
March 1980, then he moved to St. Brieux where he found a job working
at Bourgaut Industries. Leo decided that he wanted to stay at the
Rocky Ridge Ranch, and he was building the Rocky Ridge Ranch back up
on the weekends. Leo agreed to buy "The Hit's" portion of the Rocky
Ridge Ranch which he inherited in his mother's divorce with the town
drunk. Leo agreed to see the St. Brieux Credit Union to borrow the
money. Meanwhile in Saskatoon, Randy Piatte from St. Brieux came by
"The Hit's" place on the Eastside of Saskatoon. Randy brought "The
Hit" over to see a few of his new friends in Saskatoon. "The Hit" who
had stayed to himself for two winters in Saskatoon met Pat, Dan, and
Rob Collins through Randy in the spring before he had completed his
classes in April 1980 at the University of Saskatchewan.

Sawed Off Shotgun: Harvey's Run

The beginning of December 1980 saw "The Hit" trying to turn the mobile
home in Star Trailer Court from a place to party to a place to live
quietly. He stopped inviting people over to his place, and he stopped
Wayne Seroka and his Gang at the door. Becky was hanging around with
Penny, and they did drop by once or twice early in December. Penny
was living from place to place while partying with Wayne and his
Gang. Donny was getting ready to go home for Christmas, and "The Hit"
continued to hang around with Melanie, and "The Hit" met Perry
Hawryluck. "The Hit" tried to prepare for his exams, however he knew
he was too far behind. Meanwhile, Harvey's Run continued from Watrous
to a small acreage just outside of Saskatoon with "The Hit's" mother.
Harvey was still running from "The Twins", as "The Hit" snapped back
to his situation on Victoria Drive.

"The Hit" was struggling to keep the Onlineglass.com project alive as
he waited for the paperwork. The St. Brieux Credit Union paperwork
arrived on November 28 TH 1997, and "The Hit" filled out the bank
paperwork as soon as it arrived. He sent the bank paperwork back to
the St. Brieux Credit Union the next day. Since St. Brieux is fairly
remote in North East Saskatchewan Canada Post took time in each
direction. It was early in December when "The Hit" received a Credit
Union Debit Card in "The Hit's" name through the mail. He finally had
the funds to continue the Onlineglass-com project, and the paperwork
indicated he had close to $7,000.00 in the bank account. "The Hit"
made a jump from absolute poverty to relative comfort while he would
continue to cover his rent for shares in Onlineglass.com with Garth.

Conspiracy to Commit Murder

After David left that night "The Hit" thought about what had
happened. Paul was just answering the man's questions, and Paul
offered up the information about the shotgun in front of David and
"The Hit". This man knew that "The Hit" had protection, and "The Hit"
hoped that this would provide him with some security while at home.
The Clan from Clavet had set him up to die to cover their involvement
in the loss of the drugs. Was this man one of the Clan from Clavet?
Would he tell the others about the shotgun? "The Hit" hoped this
would work in his favour? Obviously the Vancouver Police Department's
informant would not have a sawed off shotgun. In the third week of
May, "The Hit" did not let on to Paul that he heard the conversation.
Paul didn't do anything wrong other than give a little information,
and "The Hit" hoped that information would not only protect him, but
it should tell the Hell's Angels and the Cartel something was wrong.
This could possibly be the first step in telling them the truth.

Conspiracy to Commit Murder

In Vancouver, life on the street was horrible. "The Hit" was so
desperate as to carry the sawed off shotgun in his shoulder bag while
walking to the Food Store on Commercial Drive one day. While walking
to the food store with the gun in the bag he met one of Becky's
brothers who he recognized from Kevin's party in Confederation Park,
Aldergrove at Barb's Uncle Fred's house, the Lamplighter Pub, and
Commercial Drive. The gun was a little long inside the bag, and the
end of the barrel could be seen through the tight cloth fabric. When
the passed on Venables Street he said "You have a gun"! "The Hit" was
not quite sure if he was the one in the gun game in Toronto? That
brother looked a little older. In any event, the Clan from Clavet and
BJ knew about the gun. Did the man at the top of the stairs tell BJ?
Did BJ just see the end of the barrel through the fabric? "The Hit"
was not sure if the man at the door talking to Paul was with the Clan
from Clavet. But it was certain that the Clan from Clavet knew about
the gun now. "The Hit" made it home safely, and he decided that he
would keep the gun for now. It was becoming obvious that the
Vancouver Police Department did not care what the Clan from Clavet was
doing. They wanted their evidence from the home invasion. He would
keep the gun for now to defend himself. Meanwhile, the TV computer
was talking about the Vancouver Police Department coming under
pressure to investigate the disappearance of Native women on the

[Brentwood Mall]

Brentwood Mall Hepatitis C

In the first week of December, "The Hit" worked on the software
project while trying to ignore the drive byes during the day and
night. Finally, he caught a ride to the Brentwood Mall with Bob. He
knew Cayla liked soccer, and he was able to find a soccer ball at the
Champs Sports store in the Mall. He found it interesting that she
would like soccer, as he played a lot of soccer when he was younger.
He knew she was going to try to get into organized soccer in
Saskatoon, and she was already playing the game in her photo album.
He also bought her a little software for their new computer. He
decided his travelling weight and bulk was getting high even for the
train. He also knew that he would have to book his ticket for the VIA
train on December 7 TH for the 2 week booking discount. He decided to
mail the ball and software from the ground floor Canada Post outlet in
the Mall, after he had it wrapped by the Brentwood Mall Christmas
wrapping staff. FInally, he was feeling sick and tired from the
Hepatitis C, and he decided it was time to go home. Santa Clause was
tired out!

"The Hit" turns away from the VIA Rail ticket counter and the man from
Saskatoon has vanished. Could it be that Saskatoon was here for the
two little letters on "The Note". HA. Two little letters that Jimmy
The Junkie laughed at in New Westminster? But "The note" was about 4
junkies and home invasions. "The Hit" felt like there was worms
swimming in his stomach for the first time. This was going to be
bad. For the first time "The Hit" was starting to realize that Jimmy
The Junkie, his Crew, and the "Mysterious Financier" might be setting
up the Saskatoon Rebels? When "The Hit" was in Saskatoon the local
bikers were the Saskatoon Rebels. Was that the connection to this man
"The Hit" definitely recognized from Saskatoon? There was something
wrong! "The Hit" knew the Saskatoon bikers were Rebels not HA. Could
things have changed since the late 1980's?

The Saskatoon Police Department surprised him in Saskatoon, and he
explained what he was doing as the department was considering him for
a problem. He tried to explain how he was using vacant land to bring
people downtown for parking. He tried to explain how he was cleaning
up land for useful purposes. He explained how he was adding to the
tax base after delivering a check for $80,600 for the multi level
facility. He explained how certain local land owners were seeing
benefits and pride in their land. Finally, he stated clearly how his
crew Tyler and Bernie were behind cleaning up their city for future
prosperity. The conversation went on to what Imperial Parking was
doing for the downtown core after the Saskatchewan Place decision as
the decision had gone to the outside of the city. "The Hit" stood for
what he was doing in Saskatoon, and the Saskatoon Police Department
respected his efforts. The meeting across from the Patricia Hotel
ended in the Saskatoon Police Department seeing their advantage in
allowing private tickets.

"The Hit" returned to a vacant seat in the Coach Car during the
Mission stop, and he settled in while The Canadian Train continued on
to Agassiz B.C. 30 minutes east on the tracks. The Canadian Train
left Agassiz to into the mountains through the Indian Reserves known
as Popkum, Seabird Island, Peters, Wahleach, and Ruby Creek before
arriving in Katz at 20:47 in the evening. "The Hit" settled quietly
in his seat as the darkness dominated the few lights in the
countryside. The Canadian Train pulled out of Katz for North Bend
where the train crews would be changed at 01:16 in the morning. This
leg of the trip gave "The Hit" time to think not only about who was
the Mysterious Financier, but suddenly he realized he was not thinking
about what was binding the Mysterious Financier to Jimmy The Junkie
and his Crew?

Yes, they knew where The Hit was going. Yes, they ran interference
from Pacific Central Station in Vancouver to the VIA Train Station in
Saskatoon on Chappel Drive. They knew! How could you plough the road
to a place you don't know? Now in Saskatoon, Jimmy The Junkie, Little
Mike, Mike, Jeff, and the Mysterious Financier spread the word in
Saskatoon with the Rebels. The Saskatoon Rebels were established in
1980, and they had finished their status as a prospect club for the
Hell's Angels in the fall of 1998. They officially received their
Hells Angels colours in September 1998 after being a prospect club for
one year. The Hit did not know the Saskatoon Rebels were not Hells
Angels. The Hit thought the Mysterious Financier was setting up the
Saskatoon Rebels, and in fact the trip from Vancouver to Saskatoon on
the Canada Train saw the Hell's Angels being setup along the way. The
Saskatoon Rebels / Hells Angels in Saskatoon were no exception as they
witnessed Jimmy The Junkie, Little Mike, Mike, Jeff and the Mysterious
Financier setting them up in Saskatoon.
