A workshop to learn about the work of the Quakers on the relationship between economy and environment and reflect on local initiatives is being held in Welwyn Garden City Meeting House on
Saturday 25 January 2020 10:30 until after a shared lunch. A flyer is
attached and the agenda I have been sent is:
The session will start with a presentation looking at what climate
justice means and how it relates to the economy, with some time for
questions. We will then move into a more interactive activity looking at
what a fair and sustainable economy looks like locally and how people
can help to support it. I believe the last half hour will be for local
groups to talk about their projects and encourage people to get involved.
