Good morning to all,

Guys, am interested to buy villa in the same venture, but I have small 2 concern please someone can help / comment on this because am out of Hyderabad.

My first concern is if central government (congress team) announced “Telangana” is this to worth to buy? Why am getting this doubt is, if Telangana announced then I feel there would no more new developments for next 3 – 5 years and which is under progress / process will take or get struck / yaa delay over some period, if its same as above I hope we can’t see any new major developments to Hyderabad surroundings like nearby Safeway symphony homes (like new roads, water supply, hospitals, super markets & malls etc..).

Second concern is, due to above action people who are all booked, might change their decision I mean they might drop out, if any small amount of group change the decision this will impact on venture budget / towards completion of this project, is this builders have that capable to compete this project with any hesitations against above central government announcement ?.

Guys please do not take me wrong, am jest thinking in all direction before entering into it, my personal feeling is Hyderabad will get rock, behind the above decision, if yes am the first person to be more happy as an Indian.
