I have registered in the month of August 1st week. that time it is plain land. during october i had visited my villa. it is ready for first floor slab.
now as on today the slab is completed. still brick work is not started. 5 months they have completed columns and slabs. then in another 4-6 months they can easily complete the brickwork,plastering,flooring,electrical,plubming etc,
why they want to give possession date as long as possible.
