Hope this note finds you all well!  I wanted to pass on the following fundraising anouncement, in case any of you are in a place to give at this time. Any support is most appreciated!  take care, suzanne

 

Dear Friends and Family, 

 

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be participating in the HUMAN RACE again this year to raise funds for Centerforce, a California-based nonprofit organization that strives to improve the lives and strengthen the communities of people who are incarcerated and their loved ones.  I’ve worked at Centerforce for close to three years now and I am lucky to have the opportunity to see the powerful ways in which our programs impact individuals and families every day.  

 

I’m writing today to ask you to sponsor me in the race by giving $10, $20, or whatever tax-deductible amount you can to help sustain and grow our programs.  90% of your donation will go directly to Centerforce programs, while the remaining 10% will help to fund the continuation of the race, which has served as an important fundraising event for local nonprofits for over 30 years.
