Cultural competency trainer?

Hi everyone!

 

hope youre all doing well and have had a good summer--kinda feels strange not to be going back to school around now, strange but good except for not getting to see you all very often anymore..

I'm wondering whether any of you have heard anyone speak on cultural competency that you've felt has been really good.  seems really tough to find someone who can effectively facilitate this discussion, and the agency I'm working for hasn't been happy with their past presenters.  any recommendations?  we'd want someone to be able to facilitate a real discussion about biases and assumptions, how they affect our work with clients, how we can strive for cultural competency in our work, etc etc...
