Hey all,

We will be having our overnight advance from Saturday 8/6/16- Sunday 8/7/16. We have a lot of things to get through we will meet in the ATL seminar room at 9am.

Remember to come with all of your completely planned events with times, dates, and so on. Also this is overnight so pack wisely. If you have any questions please let me know.

We need to pick times that I can meet with people for 1 on 1s throughout the year. We have a lot to go through and discuss so please be on time. Also if you cannot come please respond to this email so that we can figure out what to do.

Lastly, the RHA advance is the following weekend after ours so we have to complete the budget at our meeting, including details as to why each amount on the budget is needed.

If you have any questions please let me know. We will also we doing our calendar for the year so please have all your needed dates.
