Good afternoon,

Here are the minutes from last nights meeting. I have attached the folder where all of the meetings from each meeting will be in, in case you miss a meeting or I happen to forget to send them out. 

I have also attached a copy of the updated constitution from last year. Please read over and review it on your own time. Get yourself familiar with our constitution and if you believe we should change something, we can discuss it next meeting.

Jackie and Sarah, two important things from last nights meeting are:

Haunted Happening Parade

• We will not be having a meeting on October 5. Instead, it will be required that you attend the Haunted Happenings Parade during our meeting time. RHA would appreciate us collaborating with them on this event by dressing up and handing out candy. If you need further information on it, please contact me. 

Regional Conference 2017

• The Regional Conference will be held at UCONN November 17-19th. It is a paid trip through RHA (you don't pay for anything), all you need to do is apply to go and if you are chosen, great. It is a great experience and I highly encourage you both to apply and/or go if eligible. If the two of you are interested in applying or want more information, please let me know by tomorrow afternoon.
