I have completed my review of the constitution you submitted on August 11th, 2016 (apologies for the delay in getting back to you). The list of policy violations, questions, suggestions, and feedback is below.

When you have completed the changes required by the constitution checklist and have gotten those approved by your chapter, you can simply email me your constitution again. I've attached the constitution you sent me and the checklist for your reference. Let me know if you have any questions!

Because we have already met one-on-one and reviewed your goals for the year, I will not require you to meet with me to discuss constitutional review. However, you are more than welcome to schedule an additional one-on-one before the Regional Leadership Conference, especially if you want to talk through these changes or other ways I can support you at the start of the year. Let me know how you'd like to proceed!
