Reminders/Updates

Hello everyone,

Please read this entire email, do not skim through it as it has a lot of information pertaining to our last meeting.

Reminders:

-- There is NO meeting October 4th because it is required to attend haunted happenings in support of RSC, unless discussed with me already then your attendance is required. Mikie will be keeping record of who shows up since I will be away for a wedding that weekend.

-- Plummer's home requested to change dates from October 6 to October 13 8am-12pm. Attendance is expected unless discussed with me already.

-- General body meetings will now be BIWEEKLY Thursdays 6:30-8pm

-- If you plan on missing a meeting/need to leave early or not attending an event, I need to know in advance NOT the day of.

-- OTM's are due October 1st, by 11pm. Please have an accounted created to do so and contact myself/Ges to ensure it gets done. The website is back up, so make sure you complete this. Here is the website for those who need it: https://otms.nrhh.org/

EBOARD REMINDERS:

-- Because EBoard meetings need to take place, we agreed last meeting they will take place BIWEEKLY BEFORE the meetings 6-6:30. Again, that means GEN body meetings will not start until 6:30 and will be Biweekly Thursdays 6:30-8.

-- Office hours

1. Office hours should be WEEKLY since our meetings are BIWEEKLY.
2. They need to be logged after each one. I have shared the google doc with you all (please let me know if you didn't get it). It is required to log what you do.
3. If you need to change your office hour, the time needs to be made up somewhere else during the week and you need to let me know.   
   

Updates:

-- I have changed my office hours from Tuesday & Wednesdays 2-3pm to JUST Wednesdays 2-4pm.

-- Since Haunted Happenings is taking place for our next meeting, that means our next OFFICIAL MEETING will be October 18th. 

-- IMPORTANT: Failure to attend events/meetings, waiting until the day of to inform leaving early/missing meetings (unless for an emergency), not completing OTMs and office hours, etc. that are required of our memberships to NRHH WILL affect your chances of getting swag or even cords come graduation.
