Hello everyone sorry for the delay after the last email there has been a lot going on....

Mom has had some recent health issues, she is doing well right now however. Recently she had to have her gallbladder removed due to stones and afterwards got pneumonia from post surgery complications. Just prior to that she also had a minor stroke which luckily did not affect her speech or mental faculties but did impair her rightside movement. She has been doing great in rehab and has regained most of her control. We expect her to be finished with rehab in about 6 weeks. She is in great care and anyone that would like to send flowers or best wishes can send them to:

Please do not call right now as she needs her rest. I know this is probably a big shock but rest assured she is in good health and spirits.

Some good news now.

I would also like to announce that Dipti and I have done a court marriage. It is a bit bittersweet with the timing of everything but we hope we can have everyone's blessings. My previous email was meant to send out invitations for the wedding but things have been a bit too complicated. We will be doing a reception ceremony on June 15th and since I know how difficult it is for everyone to travel across country, plus with Moms absence it seemed a bit too much.

I would hope we can arrange a second reception here in Vegas in the near future. I'm sure everyone would love to see Mom and since the distance is not too far a well coordinated get together planned ahead of time would also be financially easier on everyone. If anyone had ideas on dates that would work well for people who would like to visit please feel free to communicate them.

I am really sorry to hear about dear Auntiji's health. Our prayers are with her and all of you.
Please convey our regards to her. I will be writing to her. 
Arjun also Congratulations, Best wishes and Blessings to you and Dear Dipti. I am so happy that by Baba's grace 
you met and married Dipti. Also I am sure Auntiji must be very happy and relieved. Countless times she talked about your settling down and that was always foremost in her mind. Would love to come for the reception to Vegas and it is so thoughtful of you to ask 
us about the timimg. If it works for you around Labor day weekend would be good for us.
I know you have a lot on your plate but would appreciate a few photos.

"Congratulations" to both of you! Happy Marriage life many many years ahead......

Sorry to hear about auntyji but I am pretty positive about her coming out of rehab soon. 30 years back my dad had the same health issue and he not only fully recovered but he drove the car too! Today, He is 80 years old with few minor health issues. I am sure Sai baba will give her strength to come back soon. We will pray for her.

Dear Arjun and Dipti,

Congratulations to both of you! I wish that you have a Happy Married life & many many years ahead.

I am so sorry to hear about auntieji but I am sure that she will come out of rehab soon. Sai babaji will give her strength & courage to come back soon to see both of you happily married. I will be praying for her faster recovery.

I would love to see a few photographs of you and your bride. Our daughter had court marriage last year also. Our son is coming form India after 2 years and has been accepted to Harvard Business School.

So sorry to hear about Auntiji's health but glad to know she is recovering well. Please give her my regards and best wishes for a speedy recovery. I will keep her in my prayers. I too had surgery on Thursday and am recovering. I have breast cancer. I do not have much use of my right arm right now so I will make it brief.

Congratulations to you and Dipti!!!!. I understand that she is Gujju like me. Would love to see you all but I am going to be starting my treatment soon so I do not know if I will be able to come for reception. I would love to see some pictures .

I hope Auntyji is doing much better and making good recovery in the rehab. Please convey our good wishes to her. I will call her in a week or so to enquire about her health.

Tons of Congratulations to you Dipti, we are really happy for you. Please post some pictures when you get a chance.

I would love to visit you all in the near future. My schedule is very tight as this is my 3rd year of residency, but will definitely try to plan something late this year.
