Extremely sorry for my late reaction to your emails! I was just having some troubles in the hospital concerning the schedule of my shifts…
Anyway, we have now a very important task, the SSS social magazine, the Buzz (so far),,
Here's some instructions that we shall follow to have a homogenous work result...
- Find attached a word file called (All Articles):
o Articles titles are written in red
o In blue, below titles, some comments about the preferred photos
o Some photos are provided with the articles and some photos shall be obtained from the internet…
- Find attached as well an excel sheet that with the team members and their assigned articles..
- Find attached the photos you may use,, You may as well get photos from the internet according to your taste and imagination..
- Design specifications:
o The paper size is A5 (21 cm X 14.85 cm)
o Resolution of work should be 250 – 300 pixels per inch
o The mainframe of work should follow the attached file called "example":
§ Page frame, with different colors
§ Inside it, you may fit the text and the photos..
§ Don't put the page numbers now! We will put them in the end..
I will try to arrange meetings with each of you as soon as possible. Till then, try to work on the material and data provided..
Another thing, if any of you is interested to be the coordinator of the design with me, please tell me as soon as possible. I need your help because the hospital is not treating me well J,, I know you have exams, that's why we want to finish the work as soon as possible..
Would a week be enough? Each one has like 3 articles that can take just hours to finish,,
