Hi all,

Happy Tuesday! I am reaching out to you all, with some clarification regarding changes that are happening at Clinic 555. Please do spread this message to other colleagues, professionals, and especially our residents who currently may access our services.

Our sexual and reproductive health services will be relocating to 1860 Beam Avenue (formerly the Allina Health clinic) in Maplewood, toward the end of May/beginning of June. For residents seeking our clinical services, these will continue at this location. As we are preparing to move, we will communicate with you all when a set date of the move occurs. This has been a fast transition for everyone, and we appreciate your patience and support as we finalize details.

Secondly, we want to clarify that the Clinic 555 Outreach team will continue to offer SSP services. With this transition, these services and supports will require our team to operate in new ways. We may have to provide these services via our CareVan and in partnership with other agencies. We are developing and confirming these details currently, and are exploring many different options. We will continue to ensure residents are able to access the supplies and care that we have proudly supported since our opening in 2018.

As mentioned above, this has all happened very fast, and we are still working to manage many emotions that come with such change. We greatly appreciate all the support we have received thus far, and I know we will continue to receive moving forward.
