Thank you very much for your reply. Please confirm, your below answer means you are currently kindly keeping 10 4WD vehicles for us for 3 days (Sep 7 to Sep 9), without any cancellation fee, until 5PM on Sep 4th.
Assuming from below table, I understand indicative price for 10 vehicles rent (including driver, fuel, driver accommodation etc) for 3 days will be 1,050USD x 10 vehicles = 10,500USD (in total). Do you apply any discount on the price, given volume of vehicles we request for quote? Your kind consideration will be highly appreciated in advance.

Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, it would be great if we can see few vehicles for further confirmation when I arrive the office.
In below please kindly find few clarifications/ questions;
1. In case we will ask you for the service, what is the method of payment and until when we should pay the amount?
2. About discount - FYI, indicative price shown for the similar condition by other company was 9,000USD for total of 03 days. I understand that there are some minor difference in the total package of service (for example, "Casons will be providing 02 experienced coordinators to run a smooth operation throughout the hire:"). While we appreciate your suggestion, given the space of the vehicle is also limited, is it possible to offer further discount if we do not need those 02 'coordinators' in your package?
3. "Above rates inclusive of uniformed chauffeur +fuel and they will be provided with Official SIM". Is this mean each driver also have mobile phone with SIM card? If so, can we ask to borrow their phones during the travel?
4. Do your vehicles have HF (or VHF) radio? If not but available as option, how much is the additional amount?
