Thank you for great offer. We will charter two 32-seat buses for that day. Now I am not sure about the resignation numbers, so I will let you know later.

In addition, We are planing to pick up lunch boxes from pizza delivery service before the meeting on your place. We arrange we will receive the boxes directly from the pizza delivery. However, could you keep the boxes if, by any chances, the pizza company should fail to deliver to us? This is just in case.
