1.Friendship is unnecessary, like
philosophy, like art... It has no survival value; rather it is one of
those things that give value to survival.
2.A friend is someone who gives you total freedom to be yourself.
3. It is one of the blessings of old friends that you can afford to be stupid with them. (best one)
4. But friendship is precious, not only in the shade, but in the sunshine of life, and thanks to a benevolent arrangement the greater part of life is sunshine.
5. In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.
6. Don't walk behind me; I may not lead. Don't walk in front of me; I may not follow. Just walk beside me and be my friend.
